We have been in the process of coming up with the much anticipated Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake and we are on track to meet our deadline of January 20, 2010 to be able to put it on your table for the upcoming Valentines Day. I love coming up with new Cheesecakes because, if it makes it on this website, then it has to be good.
December 2009
We have made so many peoples day with our cheesecakes and we would like to thank the Nurses at FWB medical center for being a big supporter of our up and coming business. Those Nurses are true professionals and always go above and beyond to take care of their patients, God Bless them All. We also wanted to give a Shout out to Ozzie at New Covenant Church in FWB, FL. That man is truly a man of God and has done some really great things for so many people all over the World. Also, he is a big fan of our Turtle Cheesecake and we hope it helped make this Christmas and Thanksgiving a little easier for him. Also, to the Pittman Family, our thanks go out to them for always being there and supporting us with encouragement and honesty when it came time to taste testing for us, we know how hard that can be.
To the businesses that we support, Thank you for lettting us be a part of your family. We are very happy to be able to provide such a wonderful product at such a great price for you all and thank you for working with us to ensure we all get the results we set out for. We look forward to making more friends and offering more to you guys!!!

It is 2010 and it has been a great start to an even better year. Hopefully the weather will start getting warm again, but it gives me more time to play in the kitchen. Speaking of which, I have some great news to share with you. We are now proud to offer a Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. This cheesecake starts off with a walnut and cinnamon crust and ends with a very smooth vanilla taste. This comes from the fresh products we use. we actually use real vanilla beans in this recipe which makes it soooo much better and gives it that smooth delicious taste. This is a great dessert and coffee Cheesecake.
